The Opportunity We are seeking an energetic, motivated and business-minded individual to join our Operations Team as a Territory Manager. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be accountable for the support and growth of our branded network. In this role, you will provide coaching and support to our Franchise Partners (FPs) across our Brumby's portfolio.
The ability to develop strong business relationships with our branded community is key to success in this role, as is the ability to drive growth through measurable outcomes with a specific focus on systems and processes.

Customer ObsessedPeople MatterKey Responsibilities Brand executionSupport FPs in the development and execution of their business and operational plans as well as identifying potential growth opportunities in the FP businessConsistent and regular visitation to the network in line with call cycle expectationsWork with the network partners within your Territory to develop action plans that will target the in-store operations/system opportunities and assist with implementation at the store level to drive sales and customer counts by delivering a Brand standard customer experienceWork directly with the Operations Manager to identify and share best practices across the Brand, Territory, and Support office teamLiaise with other Support Office departments and project teams as necessaryExperience & Competencies Demonstrated experience in Operations, ideally in a food retail environmentStrong understanding of and experience with small business owners / franchiseesExperience working collaboratively with FPs to achieve both store sales growth and brand standard improvementHighly motivated with the ability to problem-solve and work autonomouslyDemonstrated commercial business acumenDemonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with a sense of urgencyExperience with Microsoft Office Suite including Teams platformCurrent valid driver's licence, reliable vehicle, mobile phone, and ability to travel (interstate or locally) as requiredIf this is an opportunity that interests you, please apply now!
