Your Role Are you looking for an opportunity to accelerate your career with Australia's iconic Decorative Coatings brand? We are looking for future leaders of our business who enjoy a fast-paced environment where initiative is encouraged and celebrated. This highly autonomous role is responsible for developing and profitably growing sales across our broad range of coatings through strong customer relationships, providing technical support and service. Current or past sales experience is preferred.
As the successful West Brisbane Territory Manager, your key focus will be to grow share and achieve sales targets through your Dulux customer base. You will predominantly be on the road visiting your customers to gain sales and influence buying habits across our store network. When not out on the road, you will be planning for the days ahead, booking sales meetings and developing individual gap plans for key growth potential customers ensuring a consistent, structured and targeted approach. This role will be servicing the Western Suburbs of Brisbane but does involve moving around depending on trade contractor locations.
Skills and Experience The Dulux Trade Sales Team are passionate about being consumer driven and customer focused. You will have key account management experience and be able to manage your time effectively in order to maximise your days out on the road. As a high performing, experienced business development sales person you will be able to articulate and demonstrate how your authentic sales style and ability to close has led to your success so far.
