With knowledge and experience we encourage you to make a difference! ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and highly organised individual with sales experience to support the growth of our beloved brands.
FMCG experience preferable but not essential.
Reporting to the NSW/ACT Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving budgeted sales targets through the acquisition of new business and through the development of effective sales strategies in an existing ACT/Wagga customer base encompassing Yass, Junee, West Wyalong, Griffith and Culcairn/Henty.
Some overnight travel is required fortnightly. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Achieving volume, revenue sales targets as per sales plan; Achieving set product distribution targets; Driving new business opportunities within your territory; Managing company assets such as Fridges; Communicating and maintaining relationships with our transport providers that deliver our products to our customers; Conducting sales presentations, coordinating promotions, merchandising & brand development; Managing all placement of company point of sale material; Providing market information and feedback to management; Identifying and securing new business opportunities within your territory. ABOUT YOU: The successful applicant will have a strong balance between behaviours and results with a view of providing the best possible outcomes for Lactalis, as well as being committed to adding value to our customers' businesses.
This role is best suited to an organised and determined individual who has proficient interpersonal skills and is committed to providing exceptional customer service through being attentive to our customers' needs and being able to develop new, warm customer relationships.
