About the role:Join our innovative team as a Tender, Proposal and Strategy Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in driving our national expansion!
You'll lead the charge in standardising documents and systems that support our ambitious growth into new markets, while also facilitating vital certification processes and strategic projects.
In this exciting position, you'll work closely with our National Bids, Tenders, and Grants Manager to uncover new opportunities that will propel our business services forward.
Collaborate with General Managers to craft compelling tenders and grants that showcase our cutting-edge solutions.
Your keen analytical skills will help you gather and interpret marketplace insights, identifying the next big opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:Identify, disseminate, and document value-add opportunities within grants, bid and tenders.Collaborate with the National Bids Tenders and Grants Manager to develop strategies that result in high quality and successful responses to business opportunities.Identify and/or source operational and financial information required for the development of successful bids through research and Aruma's business lines.Support the development of written content in responses to tenders and grants.Liaise with legal for sample contract review and proposed departures at RFP stage.Coordinate internal processes for bid document approval and execution.Oversee the timely submission of tenders and grants, and other business development documentation through relevant portal systems and/or email.Oversee Tender management tracking tools and registers to ensure deadlines are achieved and opportunities tracked.Manage contract execution processes for successful bids in line with transition in schedule.Collect and analyze trend data on submission success.Continuously refine and improve bid processes, templates and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Routine checks for, and advise to relevant business managers, funding opportunities including government grants, philanthropy and corporate funding rounds.Support the identification and evaluation of new business opportunities through market research.Support the National Manager in facilitating bid review meetings, post-bid analysis and debrief sessions.Maintain knowledge of all relevant organisation tender, grants or fundraising protocols and requirements.Develop a working knowledge of business operations and disability employment sector requirements.About You:A Degree qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g.
Communications, Law or Business Administration), or equivalent experience in a similar role.Understanding of the community services or disability sector.A demonstrated commitment to the Aruma Code of Conduct.Experience in writing proposals, tenders, and strategic documents.Experience in preparing RFI, RFQ, RFP and other similar procurement responses.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in order to manage competing priorities and achieve deadlines.Excellent communication (particularly written) and research skills.Ability to effectively influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.Sound business acumen, with an ability to translate strategic objectives into the tender or relevant context.Ability to work independently, including setting goals, leading projects to align strategic objectives with operational requirements.Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint.Demonstrated experience collaborating with and influencing diverse stakeholders to achieve business strategic objectives.Demonstrated experience leading and facilitating business projects to achieve customer requirements on time to a high standard.A detailed understanding of compliance legislation, quality standards, and policies or procedures relevant to the Businesses.A practical understanding of WHS requirements.Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements (as per role and/or State).Only applicants with the right to work in Australia will be considered.
