Our client is currently searching for a Tender Coordinator for their business.
Reporting directly to the CFO, as the Tender Coordinator, it will be your responsibility to manage and coordinate all aspects of the tender process. The tenders include large and complex commercial contract tenders.
The role: Manage and coordinate the tender processCreate and maintain a catalogue of standard tender templates which can be customised to suit each individual tenderPreparation of tender submission correspondence and tender interview as required to contribute to the success of the tender bid.Liaise and work closely with internal stakeholders such as State and Branch Managers through new and existing contracts.Develop strong relationships and customer service with clients and internal staff.Analysis of technical and operational data to ensure contract efficiencies and effectiveness is maintained.To be Successful: Minimum 5 year's tender bid experience at a national or state levelProficient in the end to end cycle of the tender / bid processExperience in project managementExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenExcellent experience in improvement of management systemsRisk avoidanceStrategic, collaborative and proactive attitudeProvide leadership in alignment through appropriate, clear and direct communicationWaste and recycling industry experience highly desirableEnvironmentally aware with a proactive and leading approach to environmental managementShortlisted candidates will be contacted.
