Our team collaborates with top-tier clients, and we're looking for dedicated professionals to join our team.The role:The Tender Coordinator supports the Commercial Manager in preparing and submitting tenders and proposals. Key responsibilities include providing information to tender bid teams, assisting with the selection of contract suppliers, and reviewing pre-qualification of new suppliers to maximize business returns. The role involves managing contract service provider performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and adhering to standard procedures.Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this fixed-term role will cover parental leave and requires part-time availability, with potential for full-time if the successful candidate brings proven marketing experience.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in identifying and selecting tender opportunities and preparing pre-qualification and formal bid documentation.Coordinate with internal departments to gather commercial and technical details, ensuring timely submission of tender information.Act as the point of contact for clients and potential clients, responding to ITTs and RFQs.Ensure all tender documentation is accurate, standardised, and adheres to company presentation standards.Support the Commercial Manager in client meetings, external communications, and developing marketing materials such as brochures and presentations.Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and promotional activities, as well as providing general admin support, maintaining accurate record keeping and timely client correspondence/feedback.Assist in the identification and selection of tender opportunities.Skills & Experience:Previous experience in marine oil and gas projects, mining, or construction industries, with a background in tender coordination.Proven ability to develop project activity plans, schedules, and manage conflicting priorities in a busy project environment.Strong commercial acumen to interpret and analyse client documentation effectively, especially in the Offshore Oil & Gas industry.Advanced proficiency in MS Word and Office, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to be creative, innovative, and responsive in problem-solving and client interactions (both onshore and offshore).Business understanding with a focus on customer requirements, teamwork, and maintaining broad organisational awareness.How to apply:Click on the APPLY link to submit your application.For more information about Programmed Offshore go to https://programmed.com.au/service/programmed-offshore/
