ABOUT US Momentum Collective is a registered charity and not-for-profit community services organisation creating inclusive opportunities and positive outcomes.

ABOUT THE ROLE In this role you will assist with the establishment of new tenancies, organise renewals, complete property inspection reports and assist the Tenancy Officer with routine inspections.
ABOUT YOU You will have excellent customer service skills with the ability to liaise with tenants and tenancy advocates when needed.
You are able to resolve tenancy problems and identify when complex matters are to be escalated.
This is a part-time role working 4 days per week.

Evidence of full COVID-19 vaccination Current driver's licence Current Working with Children Check NSW Experience in tenancy and property management. Experience in relating to and supporting people from diverse backgrounds. Demonstrated understanding of privacy and confidentiality.
