The applicant should demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with students and implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive and productive classroom environment.
Collaborating with colleagues to foster a supportive school culture, while demonstrating high-quality management and organisational skills in planning and delivering curriculum is essential.

The capacity to demonstrate high quality learning design, the delivery of an innovative curriculum with a strong focus on literacy and numeracy, underpinned by the Berry Street Education Model is required.
The applicant must be adaptable to school processes and be committed to inclusivity to meet the diverse needs of students, to enhance their overall wellbeing and learning outcomes within a varied classroom setting.
