Temporary Employment Register - ICT Geoscience Australia is Australia's pre-eminent public sector geoscience organisation.
We are the nation's trusted advisor on the geology and geography of Australia.
We apply our diverse professional expertise, our deep and trusted knowledge, our national-scale Earth observation infrastructure and our strong partnerships, to the opportunities and challenges that face our nation.

We are seeking registrations from eligible candidates for non-ongoing (temporary) employment and intermittent/irregular (casual) employment opportunities across a broad range of classifications and business areas.
Opportunities may vary across classification levels and may be for a specified term, for a specified task, or for duties that are irregular or intermittent.
You should indicate the areas of work you have expertise and experience in and the areas you are interested in.
This is one of 4 different registers: Science ICT Engineering, Technical & Laboratory General (includes administrative, communications, finance, governance, HR and information management) You are welcome to include your details on more than one register.
Eligibility: Open to Australian citizens only.
When submitting your details you will be asked to identify areas of interest and the levels at which you would like to be considered.
If you are not familiar with the capabilities expected at the various levels you are encouraged to review the Geoscience Australia Capability Framework at Capability Framework and Work Level Standards available at Work Level Standards .
Note for current Geoscience Australia employees: The temporary employment registers are open to non-ongoing GA employees, and ongoing employees that are in the process of retiring or resigning.
