Flexible hours Trust and general accounts are not full time, only a few hours a week for those items. Mid-month owner payments & EOM. Invoicing through Xero. Bank reconciliation Outsourcing the routines and any final inspections Email management, arrange work orders & handle any matters that occur during this time. Skills & Experience Minimum 1 x years experience within commercial property management Current PM Registration Trust Accounting Experience Retail Knowledge preferable Team player attitude Knowledge of Xero.
