Randstad is proud to partner with an independent global construction and property consultancy to recruit a Temporary Corporate Personal and Project Assistant. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with expertise in fee proposals, submissions, and high-volume document management.
Key Responsibilities:Document Preparation:Fee proposals, submissions, tender documentation, letters, reports, and tax invoices.
Drafting correspondence and maintaining email filing systems.
Client and Team Support:Manage client communications, arrange appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Diary and travel management.
Organise boardroom lunches, conferences, and client functions.
Quality Assurance (QA):Conduct internal audits and liaise with QA certifiers during external audits.
Maintain QA documentation, process improvement requests, and client feedback records.
Assist with electronic archiving and maintain the QA filing system.
Data Management:Update project experience spreadsheets and image libraries.
High-volume data entry, formatting, and document management.
General Administration:Debt collection and maintaining correspondence records.
Support in creating capability statements and project profiles.
Skills and Experience:Familiarity with fee proposals and submissions is essential.
Proven ability to manage high-volume document workflows.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and 12D.
Excellent communication and client liaison abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
