This extends to coordinating the relevant suppliers, implementing and supporting the rollout of telematics services to SG Fleet's customers whilst continuously seeking to improve business processes and overall service delivery.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES… The major responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: Work closely with internal departments and customers to ensure successful internal service delivery and that customer commitments are met in relation to orders, data management, invoice reconciliation and reporting Complete regular activities associated with purchase orders, data transfer and other administrative or coordination tasks Proactively explore opportunities for improvement and assist in identifying process improvement Support the development of cross-functional business training and procedures to optimise end to end capability and knowledge of the telematics product Engage with internal stakeholders to understand product and process requirements Execute general project-based functions to support retrofits of the telematics product SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE… Extensive understanding of fleet management products and principles Business acumen and commercial awareness Good working knowledge of the MS Office application suite Solid data analysis and reporting skills Strong organisational and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines and reports regularly on progress Strong communication skills to foster collaboration WHAT'S NEXT We'd love to hear from you if you're ready to take on your next challenge at a company that embodies diversity and belonging and offer work-life balance and career development.
