You will work for an up and coming Telecommunications Service Provider that holds over a decade of experience in Australia! This means you'll be working within a team of experts, who understand your role and the daily challenges in depth. We know that's a rarity these days!

Your responsibilities: Overseeing site operations and team leadership for the maintenance, upgrades, and strengthening of structures. Interpreting technical design documents and installing equipment as per design. Assisting Technicians in installation, fault-finding, and rectification of equipment. Performing testing using PIM Tester, Spectrum Analyzer, Sitemaster, Fibrescope, and light source on Fibre cables. About you! The successful applicants will have:
Relevant tickets for rigging (basic being a minimum) and High Risk works; if some have lapsed, no drama! As you know, sites can be all over Aus; you will have an Aussie driving licence and be flexible to travel. FIFO, DIDO, and staying away from home are all critical. Experience working with Telstra, TPG, and Optus (4G/5G equipment) is a win! If you have experience testing using PIM Tester, Spectrum Analyzer, Sitemaster, Fibrescope, and light source on Fibre cables, we'd be stoked!
