As a crucial member reporting to the Field Supervisor, you'll lead a team in the installation, maintenance, and repair of external telecommunications equipment.

Join us and be part of a rewarding and challenging work environment!Key Responsibilities:Overseeing site operations and team leadershipInstalling, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment, including pole and tower structures, mounting steelwork, RRU's, Antennas/Feeders/hybrids on towers/rooftops, terminating/re-termination of cables, and installation of earthing and labelling following client's specificationWorking at heights and following client specifications and safety guidelinesExperience with VHA/TPG specifications, standards, and HSE guidelinesInterpreting technical design documents and installing equipment as per designTroubleshooting and resolving technical issuesWorking with Telstra, VHA/TPG, and Optus (4G/5G) equipmentMaintenance, upgrades, and strengthening of structuresPerforming testing using PIM Tester, Spectrum Analyzer, Sitemaster, Fibrescope, and light source on Fibre cablesAssisting Technicians in installation, fault-finding, and rectification of equipmentRequirements:Minimum 5 - 10 years' experience in the Telecommunication industrySound understanding of WHS requirements and responsibilitiesExcellent written and oral communication skillsSkilled with MS applications including Excel and WordMust be permitted to work in AustraliaConstruction White CardAustralian driver's licenseTelstra, Optus, and VHA/TPG safety inductionsRADHAZ Awareness```#J-18808-Ljbffr
