About our opportunity: We are seeking experienced Telecommunications Technicians to join our Melbourne team!
The duties include, but are not limited to: Installation, testing and commissioning of fibre optic and copper cabling infrastructure.Installation of enterprise IT and computer equipment, including server cabinets & racks, servers, networking equipment, routers, switches, cooling units, cable management & WiFIInstallation and looming of patch cabling for switches, servers, storage arrays and other ICT equipment.Decommissioning of ICT equipmentInstallation of cable containment including cable baskets/trays, ducting & fibre duct.Actively contributing your technical experience within a team of professional, skilled, installation techniciansLiaising with Company clientsContributing to the maintenance of a safe working environmentMentor and train apprentices.Why join our team? You must hold your cabling (ACMA) license to apply.
Due to the nature of the work, you must be eligible to obtain baseline/NV1 security clearance.
