Patients initiate every primary care interaction in Heidi from booking, to the consult, to everything that happens next. Doctors get a delightful consulting experience that magically integrates into all their existing software across any number of clinics. We've already begun to weave our AI into patient history gathering tools and time-saving automations for clinicians.You will also work intimately with our Head of Product, Design and Engineering teams to develop and iterate on our clinical product Heidi.So what's this job all about? Writing and executing application tests, producing, or contributing to customer-facing documentation including release notes.Providing support to users as a subject matter expert for the application.Gather requirements from users and document for further action where required.Test end-to-end user flows and processes for both our patient and clinician apps.Utilize both manual and automated testing methodologies.Conduct systems integration testing for web applications and mobility.Analyze functional requirements to create relevant test cases.Troubleshoot and identify specific failure conditions.Recognize potential product risks for targeted testing.Report testing outcomes to the Manager and stakeholders.Utilize Notion for tracking bugs and issues.What are we looking for?Learning of end to end user flows and processes for both our patient and clinician appsTooling used in both manual and automated testing and when they should be appliedHands-on in systems integration testing for web applications, mobility, and portals.Analysing of functional requirements to create relevant test cases.Skilled in troubleshooting and identifying specific failure conditions.Intermediate-level skills in SQL Server databases.Capable of identifying potential product risks for targeted testing.Responsible for reporting testing outcomes to the Manager and stakeholders.A passion for your work with g investigative, analysis and problem-solvings abilityStrong time management and self-organisation with ability to manage multiple tasks with competing prioritiesExcellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skillsCurious and open to constant learning with growth mindsetJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftWork Authorisation:Australia (Required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cremorne, VIC 3121#J-18808-Ljbffr
