We are currently looking for an experienced Telecommunications Technical Officer to assist with our telecommunications systems.
An experienced Telecommunications Technical Officer is someone who has a minimum of 3 years within the Telecommunications industry.
The successful candidate will be assessed on the following criteria:
Sound understanding of WHS requirements and responsibilities – including SWMS, MOP's, JSA's.Experience reading, interpreting, and providing advice on design drawings.Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.Experience in running a rigging crew, including daily tasks, scheduling, OH&S, reporting, risk management, solution focused, risk mitigation and team dynamics.Experience with problem solving design and build issues.Experience in the use of testing equipment such as site masters, PIM testers, RET testers & Fibre testing.Effective site safety awareness.Leadership, supervisory and motivational skills.Interpersonal and good communication skills.Decision-making and analytical skills.Ability to work well under pressure individually and as part of a team.Responsible, calm and able to plan, delegate and prioritize work and other daily activities.Ability to plan ahead effectively to foresee potential issues.Salary range: $88,000 to $100,000
