Responsibilities: Constructing new telecommunications infrastructure, including towers and monopoles.
Upgrading and enhancing existing 4G and 5G network systems.
Performing high-altitude installations of telecommunications equipment.
Installing cables and required conduit systems.
Assembling and erecting steel structures.
Ensuring installations comply with technical specifications.
Conducting commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of installed hardware.
Completing daily reports and managing site-related documentation.
Skills and Experiences: Minimum of two years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated strong leadership qualities, including decisiveness, confidence, and composure.
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans.
In-depth knowledge of telecommunications equipment and industry best practices.
Skilled in conducting sweep testing using Anritsu equipment.
Must have licences: Full drivers license / HR license desirable. High Risk Work License – Minimum Basic Rigger (RB), Construction Induction Working at Heights Tower Rescue First Aid CPR EME Awareness ***Sponsorship available for the right candidate***
