The Client & Role:
We're currently working with an Eastern-suburbs based non-profit who are seeking two dedicated TechnologyOne System Administrators for a full time, fixed-term engagement until December 2025.
You will be bought on to support the operational management of the financial systems and processes, integrating and managing these systems to streamline operations, ensure accurate reporting, and enhance process efficiency through technology.
The client operates a two day per week on-site work model and the rate on offer is up to $100,000 plus 11.5% super per annum with non-profit salary packaging available.
Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive TechOne support to all users, including troubleshooting and resolving finance-related system issues.
* Provide advice to stakeholders regarding financial systems, reporting, and business processes.
* Contribute to the evaluation, maintenance, and development of policies, and provide project support as needed.
* Maintain and enforce appropriate technology controls for financial practices, ensuring user access security.
* Process interfaced data, including document file and chart imports, related to Finance's use of the Technology One suite.
* Maintain and enhance Technology One reporting as required, ensuring ongoing production and distribution.
* Manage the chart of accounts and related reporting codes requests, ensuring accurate data processing into accounting periods.
* Identify and resolve data processing errors, such as incorrect period entries, and report root causes of errors from manual reconciliations and data imports, remediating technology-related issues.
* Review systems performance, identify system issues, and ensure user adherence to period cut-offs.
* Assist in the development, implementation, system performance, and quality assurance of TechnologyOne financials.
* Maintain effective communication and working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate outcome delivery.
Required Skills & Specialisms:
* 3+ years' experience providing the technical and functional support of systems to mid-sized organisations
* 1+ years' experience working with the TechnologyOne suite
* Demonstrable experience in working with varied financial analysis methods and approaches and quantitative and qualitative measures. Experience in considering the appropriate method of analysis to achieve desired outcome.
* CA or CPA qualified (Desirable though not required)
* Not for Profit sector experience (Desirable though not required)
