Our client is seeking a dedicated Technology Support Officer to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality IT support and advice, contributing significantly to the technology services provided by the Business Systems team.
High-quality IT support roleOpportunity for professional growth and self-developmentWork within a supportive and collaborative team.What you'll do: Provide high-quality IT support and advice.Manage user accounts in compliance with relevant policies and procedures.Undertake IT administration tasks, including audits, data cleansing and asset stock-take.Provision and administer devices including Windows laptops, iPhones, and iPads.Assist in the creation and maintenance of knowledge articles and other team documentation.Contribute to a highly performing team, including the development of standards and procedures, knowledge sharing, collaborating with others, and encouraging team development activities.Identify new and continuous improvement opportunities that align with company values and contribute to business objectives.Demonstrate commitment to self-development and participate in professional development activities.What you bring: Minimum 2–3 years experience required.Proficiency with technology necessary to be a collaborative member of an IT team.Ability to work with limited supervision and undertake self-learning of new processes and IT systems.Attention to detail enabling systems administration changes to be made with high accuracy.High verbal and written communication skills.Experience in a similar role within Qld Gov will be advantageous.What's next:
