Reporting to the Technology Area Manager, the Onboarding Supervisor is accountable for leading and supporting the recruitment, onboarding and development of new Machine Control Guidance Technicians and apprentices rotating through the Technology Department.
This position plays a pivotal role by providing initial training plans, onboarding process management, and ensuring effective new starter experiences, by coaching, mentoring and training personnel.
Roster: Monday to Friday, 10.5 Hrs (Permanent Full-Time)
