Apply now Job no: 499351Work type: Permanent Full TimeClassification: Band 8 ($115,035 - $127,911 pa)Categories: Information TechnologyAbout the roleIn this role, you will work alongside product owners and development teams to enable the delivery of complex solutions and products, removing obstacles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Key responsibilities include:Facilitate and coordinate Agile processes by creating and maintaining project timelines.Identify, troubleshoot and escalate obstacles that are hindering the team's progress, including identifying and managing risks.Mentor and guide product team members on sprint processes.Implement systems, processes, and workflows to deliver results, ensuring relevant policies, governance mechanisms and regulations are adhered to.Champion our product delivery methodologies and practices, ensuring teams adhere to Agile value stream principles and ceremonies.About youTo be successful in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and/or an equivalent combination of formal training and at least 6 years' experience in a similar role.Experience conducting sessions with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, including executive and senior management, from discovery and requirement gathering through to delivery.Well-developed writing, presentation and speaking skills to align with stakeholders and achieve support for task outcomes.Strong understanding of, and experience with Agile standards and practices related to Agile & product delivery.Demonstrated people skills to support, influence and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.Well-developed problem solving and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build cooperation and partnerships.Preferred candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check as part of the recruitment process (funded by the City).If this sounds like the role for you, then click apply now!Child Safety ResponsibilitiesWe are committed to being a child-safe organisation and have zero-tolerance for child abuse.
