Technology/Commercial Lawyer - In-House

About the company/role

Exciting opportunity for a Commercial/Tech lawyer to join a leading global company on an initial 6 month contract basis (with potential for a longer term role)! You will handle a range of work including negotiation and drafting of commercial, technology and procurement contracts, providing advice on relevant legal and regulatory matters, data/privacy and other related matters. You will be working with a range of senior stakeholders and managing external counsel when required.

Skills & experience

The successful candidate will have at least 7 years in Commercial and Technology Law gained at a major law firm and/or in-house. You will be adaptable, smart and a strong communicator. You will also be commercially minded allowing you to add value when dealing with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
