About this position
The City of Gosnells is seeking qualified audio, lighting, and staging technicians for casual opportunities within our Leisure and Culture Branch.
Reporting to the Head Technician of the Don Russell Performing Arts Centre (DRPAC), this role offers a chance to work in a dynamic and engaging environment. DRPAC hosts over 100 shows and events annually, including both in-house productions and community hires. National tours and performances from leading professional companies feature regularly.
This is a diverse and interesting role for experienced stage technicians and production professionals looking to showcase their skills in professional audio, theatrical lighting, and stagecraft on a casual basis.
What we are looking for
To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate:
Experience working with a variety of technical equipment relevant to stage production and production coordination Excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills Availability to work weekend and evening shifts as required Provide First Aid certification EWPA Yellow Card Current driver's licence In return we can offer you
