Experience in small commercial installation with the ability to read and follow plans Preventative and routine maintenance Commissioning installation, overhaul, fault-finding, and servicing of mechanical services Maintaining a wide range of equipment from package units to chillers and central plant Exposure to Johnson Controls' Building Management Systems Quoting small works and site management About you: Requirements include experience with chillers and commercial air conditioning, a relevant trade qualification, a restricted electrical license, a current driver's license, and fire experience would be desirable.
