We're looking for a Technical Writer to join our ever-evolving Client Relations team to help us unleash the potential of every business.
About the team Payrix, part of our WorldPay for Platforms Business unit, is recognized as a global leader in financial technology, Payments, and e-commerce. Our deep understanding of the Payment ecosystem enables our teams to create integrated payment experiences that deliver improved customer loyalty, software utility, and value to our vertical SaaS partners.

What you'll own Create, organise and maintain functional and technical documentation for different workflows and interdepartmental procedures. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to drive documentation discussion. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured documentation that is accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of documentation. Create and maintain templates and documentation standards to ensure consistency across projects and teams. Conduct regular reviews and updates of documentation based on changes. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that all documentation aligns with the platform documentation. Facilitate knowledge transfer between development teams, business units, and end-users through detailed documentation. Assist in maintaining our Resource Centre Library, which documents all functions within our products/departments. Other related duties assigned as needed. What you bring Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Technical Communication, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer, or a related role, with a focus on creating both technical and functional documentation. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into easily understandable documents for various audiences. Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Jira, Excel or similar platforms. Strong organisational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Does this sound like you? Then you sound like a Worldpayer.
