By increasing awareness and understanding of neurodiversity, we can ensure that workplace processes, management practices, environments, and the organisation of work are inclusive and accessible for neurodivergent individuals.The successful candidate will significantly contribute to neurodivergent employees experiencing a positive working environment, ensuring they have access to relevant supports that enable them to reach their full potential and maintain their wellbeing.The Neuroinclusion Specialist may have a background in Organisational, Occupational or Clinical Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or performance coaching or counselling (specific to neurodiversity).Your NDIA ExperienceWe work as one team.
