What you will be doing Develop and maintain a suite of work instructions (e.g. manuals, guides, tasksheets) relating to election processesEfficiently communicate work procedures to a large temporary election workforceBusiness partner with subject matter experts to understand and document election processesWork autonomously and as part of a teamContribute to the planning, development and scheduling of the Instructional Products work programWhat you will bring to the role: Demonstrated experience delivering a variety of clear, accurate and user-focused work instructionsProven ability to comprehend, investigate and deconstruct complex processesHigh-level verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritise in a responsive delivery environmentCommitment to the VEC's core valuesHow to apply All applicants must submit:
