A leader with an enthusiastic sense of customer support, you will need to communicate and coordinate with clients as well as other technology groups in a complex and highly governed environment.
The role will involve:
Provide Technical leadership for the team.Delivery of technical support for the client/server environmentEnsure timely resolution of teams tickets against SLAEnsure backups and disaster recovery meet requirementsEnsure Patching and upgrades meet the clients requirements against the contracted SLA'sLiaise with service providers to investigate and resolve issues with supported infrastructure and applicationsMentoring of staff and enabling them to succeed.Working Conditions• Based in Symonston, ACT

What will make you successful in this role?Ability to communicate often complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholdersExperience support Windows Server including DNS, AD, Group Policy, Print Management, File Services, DHCPExperience in RedHat/Linux systemsExperience with virtualization technologies such as VMWareExperience with enterprise storage such as NetApp.Experience with Data protection technologies such as Veeam, CommvaultExperience with patching Windows systems via MECMUnderstanding of Azure/AWS and cloud conceptsPowerShell Scripting for automationAbility to mentor staffRelevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), VM Ware Certified Professional (VCP), ITIL)How to applyhttps://atturra.com/au-en/careers
