The Technology and Information Management (TAIM) team maintains Comcare's Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) infrastructure and provides strategic leadership, governance, solutions, and advice for the effective management of information and IT systems.
The Applications Development unit is part of TAIM and is responsible for the development, quality assurance, support, and maintenance of several core business applications and software products, both in-house and third-party developed. The unit also participates and contributes to the incident, problem, change, and release management processes to ensure consistent, reliable, and continued business operations.
The Senior Test Analyst will be involved in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle, resulting in proactive and continuous engagement of various stakeholders which may include, but are not limited to, Business Representatives, Subject Matter Experts, Application Developers, Business Analysts, Application Support, and Operations teams.
The Senior Test Analyst will lead, participate, and assist with various testing activities and phases, including coordination and promotion of software builds through test environments and Production.
Qualifications/Experience Mandatory: Minimum 5 years' software testing experience Desirable: Technical testing experience will be an advantage. Eligibility and Specific Conditions of Employment Character clearance (police records check) Health assessment Six months probationary period Specific conditions: Will be required to work outside of normal business hours to support planned releases.
