A leader with an enthusiastic sense of customer support, you will need to communicate and coordinate with clients as well as other technology groups in a complex and highly governed environment.
The role will involve:
Provide Technical leadership for the team.Delivery of technical support for the client/server environment.Ensure timely resolution of teams tickets against SLA.Ensure backups and disaster recovery meet requirements.Ensure Patching and upgrades meet the clients requirements against the contracted SLA's.Liaise with service providers to investigate and resolve issues with supported infrastructure and applications.Mentoring of staff and enabling them to succeed.Working Conditions • Based in Symonston, ACT
• Australian Citizen with NV1 Security Clearance
What will make you successful in this role? Ability to communicate often complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.Experience support Windows Server including DNS, AD, Group Policy, Print Management, File Services, DHCP.Experience in RedHat/Linux systems.Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMWare.Experience with enterprise storage such as NetApp.Experience with Data protection technologies such as Veeam, Commvault.Experience with patching Windows systems via MECM.Understanding of Azure/AWS and cloud concepts.PowerShell Scripting for automation.Ability to mentor staff.Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), VM Ware Certified Professional (VCP), ITIL).Atturra is committed to addressing the digital skills gap and advocating for diversity and inclusion.
