Technical Support & Training Specialist - Automotive IndustryReporting to the Technical & Product Director, you will play a crucial role in our technical and aftersales team, enjoying an outstanding culture and supportive management in a friendly team environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support: Manage and provide on-site & remote technical support, assist dealerships with troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.Monitor potential quality issues and escalate internally as required.
Prepare and publish technical bulletins to the dealer network.
Liaise with OEM for daily technical issues.Service Readiness: Liaise with OEM for service information & special tooling requirements (including diagnostic tooling), and ensure they are able to be released to the dealer network in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide feedback on all related issues to OEM and follow up on the improvements and field service tips.Training: Develop technical training materials and curriculum.
Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to the dealer network.
Ensure dealership technicians are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional customer service.Quality Management: Monitor escalated quality issues from new vehicle stock inspection, dealer technical reports, and warranty submission.
Carry out preliminary local investigations for escalated quality issues.
Escalate with OEM for quality escalation, liaise with OEM for investigation results and solutions for escalated quality issues.Collaborate with the production team to provide technical expertise and assistance as needed.Other ad hoc duties to support teams and business.RequirementsCertificate of Automotive technical training and mechanic.Minimum three years experience in automotive technical training and aftersales technical support.Experience in curriculum development and training program design.Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools, repair procedures, and quality management systems.Strong presentation and communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.The BenefitsDrive the success of a new automotive brand as JAC's distributor in Australia;Build a rewarding career with growth and leadership opportunities;Thrive in a diverse, supportive workplace with an inclusive environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
