The role Following a period of great growth, we require a technical-support person to join our Gold-Coast team.
The role will require answering in-bound calls and provide technical advice to customers.
From time to time, on-site trips will be required to assist with specific technical problems.
Some assistance with day-to-day office duties (stock take, order processing, etc.) might be required.
The role will be based full time in our Burleigh Heads (Gold Coast, QLD) office.
Essential training will be provided.
The ideal candidate The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
Electrical experience essentialExperience in the fire industry preferredAlternatively, experience in security, IT, or other technical field will be looked upon favourablyAbility to learn technical informationAbility to work harmoniously with others and to fit in a team
