Job DescriptionAs Communications Manager, you will deliver authentic, credible and positive internal communications campaigns, build strong engagement and communication across all internal stakeholders, to support key Lendi Group initiatives.
You will build quality relationships across all areas of the business including external business partners to ensure all change initiatives, good news stories and potential impacts or concerns are addressed through our communication strategy.
Your role will be pivotal in developing and executing creative ideas that elevate Lendi Group's profile and gains cut through within the Australian financial services and mortgage market.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-quality written and visual materials that convey Lendi Group's vision/mission narrative including messaging platforms, presentation, intranet/wiki content, digital screen collateral, podcasts, videos, blogs, Question & Answers, speeches, editorials, infographics, etc.Ensure brand integrity and a consistent approach across all communication.Develop creative, innovative and engaging content that continues to drive employee and stakeholder support, awareness and productivity.Ensure that all communication pieces meet legal, statutory, internal audit and compliance standards.Collaborate closely with our marketing team to understand campaign goals and messaging, translating them into visual narratives.Use and management of agile boards to capture communication initiatives.Provide creative support to ensure content delivered has maximum impact and supports business objectives.Support execution for major campaign launches.Continuous monitoring of industry coverage for trends, staying ahead of social media trends, challenges, and cultural moments to implement relevant and timely content into the social strategy.QualificationsRequired: A tertiary degree in communications (or related field)At least 5 years' experience in corporate communications and changeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated research, editing, proofreading expertiseStrong learning agility, stakeholder management skills and influencing abilityHigh energy, adaptable to change, with the ability to multitask, prioritize high-profile projects, and juggle urgent inbound requests with easeTech-savvy, experience with Microsoft Excel, Confluence, Jira, Slack, Communications tools and software (such as eDMs, CMS, video editing software etc) and social media platforms including TikTok, LinkedInPreferred: Experience working within a Finance company and/or Tech start-up highly desirable.Additional InformationWe're Flex First – We've embraced a hybrid, flexible working model that adapts to team members' needs and lifestyles.We offer extended Paid Parental Leave: we celebrate our growing Lendi Group family with up to 26 weeks of leave for primary carers and up to 4 weeks for secondary carers.An additional week's Loyalty Leave each year after reaching 3 years' service.We are a people-first company that invests in initiatives to promote a healthy work environment, such as offering an Employee Assistance Program and social groups such as our industry-leading Women in Technology group.
