MINPROVISE is a specialist products, engineering and services company providing expert support to the mining, oil & gas and construction industries. This includes the supply of mineral processing equipment, onsite installations, maintenance & repairs, shutdowns, offsite repairs and fabrication.

Our East Coast Bulk Division team is growing and to maintain our level of customer support, we are looking for an energetic self-motivated Technical Specialist to complement and grow with our team. Minprovise has a strong customer focus, so the person we are looking for must be happy to provide a high level of technical support to our customers, have strong technical skills and be able to display a professional level of customer relations and service values

Job Tasks of a Technical Specialist will include but are not limited to:
Service and Maintenance of Bulk Handling equipment including Installation, Commissioning and repair of weighing systems. Maintenance Response - Diagnose site issues and provide timely solutions for our customers mine sites, power/ process plants and loadout facilities. Work in compliance with Minprovise and clients' policies, procedures and provide detailed reports in-house and from sites.  Travel is required locally, interstate or overseas countries to complete works.   
 The applicant would have the following Attributes:
Must be a trade qualified Be customer service focused and display a commitment to safe work practices.  Display a positive service focused attitude Demonstrate flexibility toward working autonomously.  Experience in the mining and energy industries. Strong interpersonal communication skills and able to operate within a teamwork environment. Hold or be able to pass a current coal board medical is advantageous.  Have a competent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.  Must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen and possess a current open Class C driver's license.  A valid Police Check is required, or the willingness to obtain one.
