It will be a catalyst for 10 years of wider rail transformation across the whole of South East Queensland and it is already playing a key role in how we prepare for the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Cross River Rail is a new 10.2km rail line including 5.9km of twin tunnels running under the Brisbane River and CBD. It includes the delivery of four new underground stations, two new above-ground stations, accessibility rebuilds for six stations, the construction of three new stations on the Gold Coast, and the introduction of a new world-class 'ETCS' signalling system.

About the Role The Technical Services Contracts Advisor plays an important role in supporting the governance and execution of contract management and administration activities for non-construction professional services contracts. These include contracts with Independent Safety Assessors and Certifiers, specialist engineering and assurance consultancies and advisors.
You will play a key role in supporting contracts administration to ensure CRR is being delivered high quality services which represent good value. You will support good contractual performance through effective pre contracts preparation of scope, strong adherence to governance and accurate records and reporting.
Working from our modern corporate office in the vibrant heart of Brisbane's CBD, this position is a unique opportunity use your professional and technical services contracts administration experience to contribute the successful delivery of a transformative infrastructure project. Reporting to the Technical Service Contracts Manager, this opportunity is offered as a two year contract with possible extension.
Key Responsibilities: Administer professional services contracts, including regular contracts meetings attendance and maintaining performance data.Review and validate invoices, ensuring alignment with provided services.Monitor the payment process to ensure adherence to agreed payment terms.Assist in the preparation of contract documentation, including approvals, tenders, evaluations, award recommendations, variations, and terminations.Maintain contracts records, registers, and documentation.Provide contract progress and performance reporting, dashboards, and status updates.About You: Demonstrated experience in contract administration for professional and technical services.Coordination experience in the execution phase of contracts, including governance of invoice approvals in a multi-stakeholder environment.Strong conceptual, analytical problem-solving, and business improvement skills.Experience in developing and implementing reporting frameworks and tools for contract administration.High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Power BI or similar tools is desirable.Certification in Queensland Government Procurement & Contract Management and /or relevant tertiary qualifications is desirable, but not essential.Why work with CRRDA?
