Join our team as aData Modelerand play a pivotal role in shaping the data landscape within our Risk and Compliance Technology division.Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the our Data Model, focusing on Risk and Compliance areas.Design and manage logical and physical data models for Risk and Compliance applications.Provide expert consultancy on data modeling to engineering and architecture teams.Advocate for the value of data modeling and secure buy-in from stakeholders across business and technology teams.Create consistent and clear data models using various modeling styles and notations.Support data governance and management processes through robust data models.Improve requirements and system specifications efficiency across business and technology.Contribute to data architecture aspects such as data storage, flow, and ownership.Your ExpertiseProven experience in creating conceptual and enterprise logical data models.Strong skills in communicating complex data models to diverse audiences.Ability to solve problems and navigate ambiguity in data modeling.Experience in engaging stakeholders and advocating for data modeling in large organizations.Proficiency in developing application logical and physical data models.Ability to analyze data using forward and reverse engineering techniques.Familiarity with standard data representations (relational databases, XML, JSON).Knowledge of industry models and frameworks like BIAN, IBM FSDM, and BDW.Self-motivation to work independently and critically evaluate data models and designs.Strong organizational skills to manage time and meet deadlines effectively.Continuous improvement mindset with a drive to enhance processes.The role is open as hybrid, for candidates based in Cracow, Poland and surroundings.
