Due to internal progression, Epiroc is now hiring a Technical Services Administrator based in Perth.
Epiroc's Technical Services function serves as a dynamic and nationally oriented team of professionals dedicated to delivering specialist expertise and support to Epiroc's mining and construction customers.
As a Technical Services Administrator, you will play a key role in providing support to our national technical services team.
Responsibilities of this role consist of but are not limited to the below: General administration of SAP service orders including opening, allocating time and expenses, closing and invoicing.
Booking flights, accommodation, and rental vehicles for Technical Services activities.
Liaising directly with customers to coordinate site access and inductions.
Booking D&A and medicals as required for site access.
Managing PPE, clothing, stationary, merchandise and IT asset inventory including stock review and replenishment.
Raising purchase orders and receipting goods and services through ePurchase and SAP.
Maintain appropriate databases not limited to personnel records, training requests, IT purchases and asset registers.
Assist with function and event planning for meetings, forums, and social activities.
The successful applicant will possess: A high level of computer literacy.
A background in and understanding of administration practices and data entry.
Highly developed attention to detail.
A strong ability and desire to solve problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exposure to mining and related industries will be well-regarded.
