The Opportunity This position is integral to our Technical Service team, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to customers for the optimal performance of equipment in terms of safety, productivity, and reliability.
As the Komatsu Technical Service Representative, you will spearhead service provision, oversee customer relationship management, drive operational excellence, and foster continuous improvement of our fleet of excavators on site.
Adaptability in navigating a dynamic environment is essential for success in this role.

Proficiency in cultivating robust relationships with both internal teams and external customers Always have a high standard of Customer service whilst always promoting Komatsu Products and Services A commitment to HSE by demonstrating safe behaviour at all times Are you Komatsu?
