The Role As the Head Swim Coach, you will: Craft strategic training plans, ensuring seamless progression for our swimmers through all levels.
Inspire and guide our team of instructors, shaping the future of our Swimming and Water Safety program.
Represent Nambour at various competitions, shining the spotlight on our talent and dedication.
Engage deeply with the community, fostering a sense of unity, ambition, and excellence in aquatic sports.
Actively promote the squad program and participation in the affiliated Swimming Club.
Who Are We Looking For?

Excellent communicative abilities, coupled with a knack for collaboration and independent initiative.
Qualifications & Experience Teacher of Competitive Swimming / Competitive Strokes or Bronze level Qualification (preferred).
Current First Aid & CPR Certificates.
Blue Card: Working with Children Check & National Police Check.
Proven experience in a similar high-calibre role.
