The Opportunity
This role is key within our company, one that is instrumental to driving sales growth and building business relationships.
As the leader of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for the following:
Provide management, leadership, and vision to ensure the sales team meets its short-term and long-term objectives in line with company strategy.
Actively participate and contribute to the success of the Operations Management Team.
Build a national sales team of Soap, Technical and Chemical Specialists.
Managing and reporting periodically on agreed KPI's.
Developing sales strategies and identifying business opportunities.
Supporting, motivating, training, and coaching the sales team.
Building new client relationships and nurturing existing customer relationships.
Creating a positive sales culture and energetic organisational spirit.
Drive our Distributor network located Australia wide.
Assisting Senior Management with business strategies, building growth and opportunities.
About You
You will have strong organisational and time management skills with the capacity to drive change, motivate others and create a high-performance environment.
Possess a highly developed professional acumen and be a commander of problem solving and innovative thinking.
Experience in the chemical sector along with a mechanical, technical or trade background would be advantageous.
