As a Technical Project Manager at GreaseBoss, you will be responsible for delivering on product development, partner integration and systems optimisation projects that are core to shaping the future of GreaseBoss. You will work closely with our technical, operational and commercial team members as well as external stakeholders to ensure efficiency of delivery and ultimately the quality and reliability of our products. DutiesOversee and manage project delivery at GreaseBoss, ensuring on-time execution, quality compliance, and alignment with business objectives.Lead and continuously improve the end-to-end product delivery process, from ideation through to successful deployment and customer satisfaction.Manage successful product integrations with industry partners and some customers.Implement effective change management processes to maintain quality and certification requirements.Engage and manage supplier and partner relationships to ensure smooth project operations and timely outcomes.Facilitate planning and engineering efforts for product certification in collaboration with third-party consultants.Coordinate ISO9001 implementation within the product delivery process.Work with the COO to deliver on IT System optimisation and integration projects, coordinating both internal and external stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and monitor project plans, resource allocation, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with GreaseBoss's strategic objectives.Support capacity, resource and timeline planning with the Product Council, assisting in the grooming and prioritisation of the product roadmap.Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations teams as well as third parties to ensure technical solutions meet quality and compliance standards.Apply project management best practices, adapting Agile, Lean, or Waterfall methodologies based on project needs.Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks, proactively adjusting plans to maintain timelines.Act as the primary project stakeholder liaison, ensuring clear communication and regular progress updates.Ensure contractual obligations are met throughout project implementation.Maintain documentation and reporting standards, ensuring compliance and audit-ready records for future reference.Key Performance MetricsOn-time delivery and completion rates for assigned projects.Adherence to project budgets and resource allocation.Maintenance of quality and compliance standards, with zero tolerance for certification lapses.Effective management of third-party relationships, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery from suppliers and partners.Achievements in continuous improvement for project management and technical delivery processes.ReportingReports directly to the COO.Collaborates closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations teams, as well as the Product Council.Provides regular updates on project status, risks, capacity planning, and KPIs to the COO and executive team.Desired SkillsStrong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proven project management expertise, capable of handling multiple technical projects concurrently with successful outcomes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, focused on continuous improvement.Proficiency in Agile, Lean, and other project management methodologies.Experience in IoT, technology, or manufacturing sectors.Capability to manage technical projects within a Quality Management System and awareness of the ISO9001 framework.Experienced at managing and reporting on projects utilising M365 suite.WorkplaceJoin a growing team dedicated to delivering meaningful outcomes for our customers and partners.
