Brisbane IT & Telecomms IT - Other 12months contract + possible extension Brisbane Based - 3 days on site - 2days WFH Attractive Daily Rate - Energy Sector Organisation ICT Project Manager Needed for High-Impact Projects We are seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager to oversee critical projects running through FY26.
Key responsibilities include a software upgrade and rationalization project, as well as implementing a software asset management lifecycle solution, focusing on Linux operating system upgrades, Server SCON 2019 upgrades, and Microsoft VMware.
Job Requirements: Experience: Minimum of five years managing ICT projects within large, complex, and geographically diverse organizations.
Project Management: Proven track record of delivering ICT projects on time, within budget, and to quality and scope requirements.
Vendor Management: Ability to manage contracts with external suppliers effectively.
Reporting and Governance: Skilled in preparing and reporting on variations in project timelines, costs, quality, and scope, and facilitating governance forums such as steering committees and working groups.
Qualifications: Certification in a recognized project management methodology (Prince 2, PMBOK, or equivalent) is required.
Tools: Familiarity with project management tools like Primavera is preferred.
Highly Desirable: Experience with on-premise to cloud migrations.
Previous work on Linux operating system upgrades, Server SCON 2019 upgrades, or Microsoft VMware upgrades.
