We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as a Technical Product Owner – Digital Portals reporting to our Executive Manager DevSecOps.
A bit about your roleThe Technical Product Owner - Digital Portals is responsible for enhancing the experience of nbn's business partners by managing the features, functionality, and lifecycle of platform integration points.
This involves gathering business requirements, driving functionality enhancements, and ensuring tight integration with Architecture and Dev Sec Ops functions.
The role collaborates with SEO and Business Partners to achieve shared goals, creates training materials for partners, and tracks benefit metrics from process automation and self-service.
A bit about youIf you are interested in this role, you should ideally have a few years of experience in data engineering, with a proven track record in managing large-scale data infrastructure and pipelines.
You must be well-versed in Portals Implementation processes within the Telco industry and possess strong skills in industry-standard processes, data analysis techniques, design patterns, and anti-patterns.
Additionally, you should have experience in leading digital transformation initiatives at the enterprise level, leveraging emerging technologies to solve business problems.
Collaborating effectively with others to achieve common goals and support team success is essential, as is possessing exceptional communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal, to manage stakeholders and present comfortably at all levels.
Effective stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work under general direction, using discretion to address complex issues and escalate when necessary.
