The eCommerce Product Team is accountable for the development and optimisation of online acquiring solutions. We deliver payment products and services to our customers where the cardholder is not present. We prioritise our customers above all else, relentlessly improving their experience and solving their unmet needs.
As the Technical Product Manager, you will oversee and lead our new product through all stages of the product management life cycle. This will range from the end-to-end technical product development and delivery, encompassing conceptualisation of new product design, articulation and prioritisation of business requirements, review of technical build, user testing and working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful market launch.
You will need to have the ability to drive product development in a safe and compliant way, and possess a strong understanding of risk management. You obsess over customers and strive to deliver better outcomes. You will have a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Ideally you will have eCommerce or payments experience.
More specifically you will: Lead the end-to-end technical product development and delivery, encompassing conceptualisation of new product design, articulation and prioritisation of business requirements, review of technical solution design, build, user testing and working with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful go-to-market launch.Demonstrate proven experience in end-to-end product management of eCommerce products or services, with exposure to relevant technologies and tools, across web and native mobile app product development.Successfully deliver SaaS projects and/or eCommerce products.Have previously worked within the payments industry and have a working understanding of gateways and teams schemes.Act as the technical and operational SME for the product, aligning to overall business technology and processes.Act as the voice of the customer in technical build reviews, user testing and analysing operational efficiency of the product.Gather and synthesize requirements and input from multiple stakeholders (internal product teams, engineers, business teams, marketing, finance, etc.).Your Skills and Experience: You have a passion for customer centric product design, meet some of our criteria and a willingness to learn the rest.Risk Mindset: All CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks.Experienced Technical Product Manager with 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services and with proven product delivery skills. Ideally you will have eCommerce or payments experience.Demonstrated success in leading and executing on projects.Strong stakeholder engagement and management capabilities. Success in the role requires the ability to lead and influence without direct authority.Strong problem solving capabilities need to have the motivation and be comfortable with investigating and providing recommended options/solutions to complex problems and technical nuances.Experience working with a vendor to deliver product development.Comfortable with navigating ambiguity and ability to work flexibly through change.Experience working in an agile environment and enjoy collaborating with others. #J-18808-Ljbffr
