Job Expectations A fantastic opportunity has presented itself at nbn for an Executive Manager Product Portfolio Management , reporting to the General Manager Product Portfolio and Customer Roadmap.
A bit about your role As the Executive Manager, the primary focus will be on creating a forward-looking, integrated product portfolio plan to support the achievement of nbn's targets.
You will spearhead the integration of product priorities across multiple teams, enabling clear, strategic decision-making and minimizing distractions from competing priorities.
By working closely with various teams, you will translate customer insights into actionable initiatives that drive demand and performance to achieve acquisition, retention and revenue goals.
In addition to managing the product portfolio, you will be responsible for coordinating input into the annual Integrated Operating Plan (IOP) for the product team, collaborating across the Strategic Insights, Marketing, Sales and Finance teams.
You will focus on identifying opportunities and areas for improvement, ensuring the right products and acquisition activities are aligned with market demands, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics.
Your leadership will be essential in shaping programs that drive measurable results in acquisition, retention, and upsell initiatives, and in supporting performance monitoring and gap closure across the enterprise.
A bit about you You are a strategic leader with demonstrated experience in senior product or category management roles, ideally within Telco or a similar industry.
You have a proven ability to manage and prioritise initiatives in complex, enterprise-wide environments, balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders while delivering on overarching business objectives.
Your deep understanding of product strategy, commercial product management, and sales/marketing dynamics will enable you to drive alignment and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
With a blend of analytical rigor and creative problem-solving, you will excel in navigating organisational complexities and influencing senior leadership.
