Create and optimise hydraulic systems and components tailored to customer needs, using engineering principles, simulation tools, and CAD software.Provide expert troubleshooting and support for hydraulic systems, including on-site assistance when necessary.Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.Manage multiple projects efficiently from design through delivery.Act as the primary technical liaison, addressing customer queries, conducting product presentations, and providing after-sales support and training.Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, perform system analysis, and document customer feedback and field issues for continuous improvement.What do you need? Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Power Engineering, or a related field.3-5 years in hydraulic system design and application, with a focus on fluid power systems. Experience with electronic controls, sensors, and safety systems is a plus.In-depth knowledge of hydraulic components and fluid power principlesProficiency in 2D & 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk, Hydraw) and hydraulic simulation toolsStrong problem-solving skills, troubleshooting abilities, and root-cause analysisExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProject management experience with the ability to handle multiple projectsFamiliarity with industry standards and regulations for hydraulic systemsAbility to travel to customer sites as neededProfessional certifications in Fluid Power, knowledge of safety systems, and compliance standards is desirable but not essentialIf you are as passionate about this position as we are then please don't delay and APPLY NOW!
