We are seeking a Technical Manager to lead a team of skilled service technicians and ensure exceptional technical support for our customers.
About the Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will:
Lead, coach, and manage a team of service technicians.Develop and implement strategies to improve technical services.Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and quality of technical service delivery.Drive innovation by analysing service data and identifying trends.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Projects.Manage vendor relationships and stay updated on industry advancements.What You'll Bring 10+ years in a technical field, ideally with industrial equipment or automation.3+ years in a management role, with leadership experience.Strong technical expertise in Hitachi Inkjet, Dobot Palletising, or Linerfree Labelling.Strong technical expertise in PLC, sensors and other electronic devices.Strong projects experience (end to end solutions).Exceptional problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.Why Visy?
