The role involves leading a team of technicians and engineers across the Asia Pacific region through mentoring, training, and upskilling.
Our head office is based in Belrose (on Sydney's Northern Beaches), where you will initially do your onboarding and then work mostly on site (Western Sydney or South-Western Sydney) or in Hybrid working arrangements in support of the greater team.
Responsibilities within Mobile Automation (MA) Leading Engineers & Technicians through mentoring, training, and upskillingResponsibility for Customer Service technical competencySupport of innovation and technical continual improvementsTechnical oversight responsibility for Quality of execution and Service ProjectsSupport of Servicing continual improvementProactive problem identification for projects, breakdowns, and condition monitoringRemote and onsite technical execution of projects, breakdowns, and condition monitoringResponsible for service reports and service applicationIdentifying technical and process improvementsHelp lead the MA Service business towards the goal of predictive maintenance and product reliability improvementsWhat We Are Looking For 3+ years' experience in Industrial AutomationTrade qualification (Electrical and/or Mechanical) - would be an advantageEngineering qualification (Controls or Mechatronics) - ideally preferredSignificant technical problem-solving experienceWhy Work for Mobile Automation at Dematic?
