Seeking an experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in IBM Maximo to oversee and drive the configuration, deployment, and management of our Maximo asset management solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo, including extensive expertise in configuration and deployment, and a proven track record of leading teams and delivering successful projects.
Key Responsibilities: Configuration & Deployment: Lead the configuration and deployment of IBM Maximo solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Asset Management Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of asset management principles to optimize Maximo functionalities and drive improvements in asset management processes. Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and support a team of Maximo professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Project Management: Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and oversight, to ensure timely and successful implementation of Maximo solutions. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring that project objectives are met. Technical Guidance: Provide expert guidance on Maximo configuration, customization, and integration, troubleshooting complex issues and implementing solutions. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Maximo configurations, deployments, and processes, and generate reports as required for project tracking and stakeholder communication. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend enhancements to Maximo systems, and stay current with industry trends and advancements in asset management technologies. Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IBM Maximo configuration, deployment, and management, with a strong track record in asset management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in IBM Maximo including version-specific expertise, customization, and integration capabilities. Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading technical teams, with strong people management skills and the ability to inspire and guide team members. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
